The plan includes estimated timelines and the upfront price of any cleanout work. You approve it before work starts.

How long does the process take?

Timing depends on the property, approved items, selected sales channels, buyer demand and any cleanout work. We discuss deadlines during the consultation and include the expected schedule in the plan.
